Booking Cancellation Policy

RESERVED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. The following policies are in place to protect scheduled time and ensure fairness to all clients.

CONSULTATION RESERVATION 

A consultation reservation fee is required to secure your consultation appointment.

Once your consultation is requested, a secure electronic invoice will be sent via email and/or text message. Your consultation is confirmed only after payment has been received.

This fee is applied toward your procedure total should you choose to move forward.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Appointments changed within 48 hours — including the night before or the morning of — will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

ILLNESS & EARLY NOTIFICATION 

If you begin experiencing signs of illness prior to the 48-hour window, please notify us at the earliest onset of symptoms. Early communication allows the opportunity to offer the reserved appointment time to another client.

Waiting until the night before or the day of your appointment does not provide adequate time to refill the reserved time slot.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A reservation fee or booking deposit is required for each appointment scheduled.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

These policies are enforced consistently to protect reserved appointment times and maintain fairness for all clients.
