Michele became a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist after completing a year-long apprenticeship under renowned master artist Sally Hayes, where she trained extensively in advanced permanent cosmetics and paramedical tattooing. In 2021, Michele acquired and rebranded the former Sally Hayes Permanent Makeup business, evolving it into her own signature brand focused on authenticity, innovation, and client care.
Before launching her PMU career, Michele spent over two decades assisting top board-certified plastic surgeons, refining her eye for symmetry, precision, and skin integrity — skills that now distinguish her artistry. Her surgical background gives her a technical advantage and a deep understanding of aesthetics that few artists possess.
